I was looking up some information on P2P filesharing and the benefits of an Ares download recently and it’s surprisingly difficult to find. After a frustrating few minutes, though, I came across a site that I’d seen before but forgotten about: www.officialares.com

www.officialares.com is a portal of information on the Ares download. For my purposes the information on P2P downloads made me very happy indeed. Then I looked around. Besides informational pages there is a whole bunch of in-depth reviews about the various different Ares download packages; it includes information on why each is good or bad, and why you should (or shouldn’t) be using that Ares download. This impartial advice is incredibly useful for anyone delving into the world of filesharing for the first time.

Not so much useful but very interesting never the less is the news section. The site’s writers collate news about P2P filesharing, software, the legality of sharing music, and other interesting stuff. This is the main reason that the site went into my favorites. It’s updated very regularly and there’s generally something interesting to read.

Official Ares offers the ability to get all types of Ares download. It really is a fantastic resource
